Help fight flooding disasters in Indonesia! 

Indonesia is one of the world’s richest biodiversity hotspots, however the country has lost more than 40% of its aquatic ecosystem over the last 30 years due to recurring flooding disasters. Planting mangroves can help regulate water absorption and prevent villages from flooding. Around 300 species of tropical birds and over 500 species of coral reefs have been rehabilitated by planting mangroves along the coastline. Locals are also benefiting from the reforestation efforts as they are employed to take part in the project.
