Westfield Rise x Treeapp
Westfield Rise is partnering with Treeapp to offer you an exclusive opportunity to contribute to our collective forest in Buchholz, Germany!
The site currently sits within a landscape dominated by pine and spruce monocultures.
Treeapp are planting a diverse mix of native broadleaf species, alongside woody shrubs such as hazel, elder and blackthorn. This will create a multi-layered forest that supports birds, mammals and insects.
The project also improves wildlife connectivity across the region, where woodlands are often fragmented into smaller plots. By planting, Treeapp and Westfield Rise are helping build long-term forest resilience and supporting natural succession.
